The next step will be adding the Site Key and the Secret Key in your contact form 7 area. Again, I'm assuming that you already use the plugin mentioned above.
1. Go to the admin menu Contact > Integration.
2. Find ReCaptcha panel and click Configure Keys.
3. Copy the site key and secret key into the fields and save them.
One last step and we'll be done.

In my opinion, using a contact form on your websites adds a professional touch to your business. It tells people that you're offering them a tool to reach you in private other than the comments area.
