4. Leverage Visual Aids

Visuals are proven to be effective at delivering important information to the audience faster than plain text.

It is also practicable for serializing your content and making it attract readers’ attention. As a matter of fact, readers can click through your content just because they’re attracted by some visuals they saw on it.

You can make your content shareable and/or clickable by leveraging the power of visuals on engaging content.

You’ll notice that content created by companies on social media tends to include visual elements.

According to reports, Facebook generates daily average traffic of over 8 billion video views. That’s on the high side!

And if you’re unable to come up with your own images or videos, you can leverage tools like Adobe Spark to make it bruise. You can also leverage the myriad of stock images uploaded on platforms like iStockPhoto, ShutterStock and the likes.

But note that some images or videos might be copyright-protected. And using such without acknowledging the source can lead to facing legal actions for copyright infringement.

Hey Alan, thanks for leaving a thought! Kudos to you for taking the time to read this training piece! Yes, not all the posts people make on social media generate shares and likes. But if changes are made in regard to the social media best practices taught in this tutorial, everyone will start getting lots of shares and likes.
