Capturing a Menu Pop Up Window with the Snipping Tool

  • Open the snipping tool
  • Press ESC
  • Open the menu that you wish to capture
  • Press Ctrl + PrtScn
  • Select the shape of the snip that you want to take (Rectangul, free form, Window or Full-screen)
  • Select the area that you wish to snip

There are other snipping tools available such as Snagit that allows a little more creativity with your snips such as adding arrows.
