Upon activation, go to Comments, locate the comment you want to transfer, and click the "Edit" link:

You'll be taken to the comment editor screen. At the bottom you'll notice a new panel called "Move Comments with Tako" ... If you expand it. you'll see ...

• the current location
• a drop-down list that will allow you to select the custom post type that you want to move this comment to
• a drop-down list that will display all the existing (published) custom post types according to your previous selection
  

So, let's say, that I want to move a given post comment to a newly created page ...

In this case, I will select "Page" from the custom post type list ...

... and I will select the destination page from the available pages:

And that's all ... Simply click the "Update" button and the given comment will be moved to the selected post, page, etc according to your settings.
