Step 1:

Since now you've figured which account will act as the Source and Destination go ahead and login to Google Takeout with your Source credentials by clicking the below link:

http://www.google.com/takeout

Step 2:

Once logged in you will see a list of Google products and services. Go ahead and click create an archive tab.
