Ultimate No Follow Plugin Method

Go to Wordpress Dahboard- Plugins-add new and dounload and activate Ultimate No Follow plugin.

When you insert the links you will see as in the image below.

You have to click Add rel="nofollow" to link check box and click add link.

No follow links will not index. You have to Use no follow links and do follow links in a balanced way.
