This fix is for Outlook that is installed on a PC. It works for me in Outlook 2016 but I don't know if it will work on Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2010.

The first step is to go into your "Account Information" page.

Select the File tab on the top far left this will bring up the Account information page as shown below
