Whatever product you are advertising use the keyword in the title of the video.
If for instance you are promoting Adsense 100k Blueprint then use this in the title.
If you are doing a review of the product then use “review” in the title.

Make sure the video file includes this title when uploading. Don't upload it as an
untitled document.

Google now has speech recognition to analyse the video. So use the keywords in the
video, in the text if it is a PowerPoint or in the audio.

Utilize the description box by adding the complete URL. Adding the http reference at
the beginning makes it clickable, see the example below. This is a made up link but demonstrates the http:// at the beginning

When you type it in it goes blue if it is clickable.

Be aware that your keywords are also used to decide what ads Google will show on your video. I deleted a video from YouTube a few days ago because my strongest competitor's ads ran almost every time with a deceptive offer, so I run it on Amazon S3 with NO ADS but mine.
