Go ahead, get some newspaper, scissors, glue, markers, glitters and a billboard paper!
You will make your best creation ever! You will create your life now!
Remember, everything your mind can imagine you can achieve so don't hesitate and cut from the newspaper whatever you like, follow your intuition, listen to your inner voice, let your little child play and have fun!
- Be happy while doing this!
- Laugh! Sing! Dance!
- Reach for the stars!
- Live your dreams whatever they may be!
Keep in mind that there is no right or wrong in this creation and that you can use whatever technique you like.

Sunny - VERY impressive lesson. It is true and is proven over and over again..you are what you think. This method using a visualization board is an extremely powerful aid and keeps your goals in front of you in picture form.

Wonderful message. Love the pictures you displayed. I have personally used such an exercise, but it was called a "God Box." I found pictures or words I wanted to achieve and placed them in the God Box. These are what I have achieved from my God Box.
Visited Disney World (not just 1x but many)
Career (entered college, received 2 Master Degrees.) Prior to the exercise, I was terrified of attending college. Hold 3 Clinical Licenses. Been a therapist since 1999.
Took a 10 yr sabbatical from relationships--which helped me break the attraction to abusive men.) Presently married for a second time 21 years. No abusive!!!
Take a cruise (have taken 11 and will leave out on number 12 next Sunday) This always felt like I could never reach that goal. BUT LOVE THEM.
I say all this to validate I need to put it out in the universe for what I need. I even did a job description of what I needed to be able to date a male or ever remarry.
