Next you need to add a Text Widget To area on your blog you want to add the training

To find your text widget, go to the Widgets section of Your Blog, select Text Widget

Youwill be shown a set of different locations to put the widget

In this case I have added it, inoffensively to the Footer Section 2 of my blog as the picture below shows
