Step 4
In this final step we are going to paste the code from the previous step into a widget in our sidebar.
- First thing to do is to go to your Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize
- Choose "Widgets"
- Then"Add a widget"
- Then choose "Text"
- And then finally we are ready to paste our code. Make sure that you have chosen "Text" in the editor, paste your code and then click On "Save & Publish".
Your facebook like box should now be on your right sidebar :)

Well nothing ever works for me. For starters facebook is not giving me the link I signed up with - it is giving me a link that looks like an affiliate link and doesn't even allow me to post it here. When I try entering that link I get a blank page - doesn't give me a photo like yours does. So I give up.

Maybe it's because it's a facebook-profile and not a facebook-page.
I believe it's better to have a facebook page so that people can just click on like. When you have a profile they have to make a friend request and you cannot either publish your website URL.
I suggest that you make a facebook-page with the name of your website.
And of course you can publish your posts in both ;)

I am not sure what you mean by a facebook page - that is my facebook page. Doesn't matter what I click on it still shows an affiliate type link.
