Under Tabs you can choose if you want your timeline, your messages or your events to be showing.
Under Width you can choose a minimum or maximum width and under Height you can choose a minimum height.
I personally left all these blank and just checked the two boxes that you can see on the image below.

When you're done with your modifications click on "Get code".

A new window will open looking like this. Copy the code:
