So ...

Before you can use the plugin, first you'll have to create the navigation menu that you want to display on your post or page.

So as a first step, go to Appearance => Menus and create the new menu:

Once you have created and saved your new menu, you can easily add it to any post or page.

Simply insert the [listmenu menu="menu name"] shortcode into your content (you'll have to replace the menu name parameter with the name of your menu!):

And that's it ... You have successfully added a custom navigation menu to a given post or page.

OK. Now let's see the result ...

I am sorry for the repetition. The message kept hanging so I was not sure it was going hence my retrial and eventually the whole three came through.
Thanks.

Hi there,
I have a question about your specific menu. When would you want to use this plug in to list social media options as opposed to using other options that put in the social media “buttons”?

Thanks for another informative training!

Hi Heather,

Using social links it was just a simple example ... It has nothing to do with the plugin or the tutorial itself ...

The menu you want to create can be anything according to your particular needs ... Links to your related posts, links to recommended external topic-related resources, links to upsell pages or special deals, links to downloadable resources, etc, etc ... Whatever you want ... That's the point ...
