To get listed quickly on Google you need to post quality content on a regular basis. Google will only take you seriously if you give them good content at regular intervals. You should be creating keyword focused content on a weekly basis at least if you want to achieve really good results.
The more "quality" content you produce, the quicker Google will rank you.
But that's not all...
You also need to optimize your content for SEO.
Search Engine Optimization is a big part of Googles ranking factors, so you should do everything possible to give you the edge. Ensure each page that you create is optimized for the search engines as well as your human readers.

If your website is quite new it will take longer to get indexed as Google will not yet trust you. But following these guidelines can't hurt.
If you are not getting ranked there must be a reason for it. Either your site is very new, you don't have a lot of content or you don't post on a regular basis.
Getting ranked isn't hard, you just need to know how to do it.

in case that you didn't write a new article, can you still submit your url to google everyday or every week or you might be spamming in the eyes of google???
