Step 4: Save Your Banner as an Image File

After finished designing your banner, click 'Save As' and click 'Other Formats' as shown in the screenshot below.

At the 'Save as Type', click the drop-down arrow and select 'PNG Portable Network Graphics Format'. Click save.

Lastly, if you're prompt to select which slide to export, click 'Current Slide Only'.
