On the window that just opened, you have four sections that need completing.

1. Campaign Name
   1. The campaign name must be unique across the whole of the Wealthy Affiliate platform, meaning that if you choose a name that someone else has already entered, you will get an error message asking you to choose another name.
   2. The campaign name will be converted to lower case letters and cannot contain any spaces or special characters.
   3. The campaign name will get appended to the URL you see to the right of the text box.
2. Sign-up Page Heading
   1. The heading will appear directly above the image or video that you upload to this form.
   2. You can enter anything here that you feel is appropriate based on where your referral has clicked through from.
3. Sign-up Page Message
   1. This message will appear directly below the image or video that you upload to this form.
   2. Similar to the heading, you can enter anything here that you feel is appropriate to your referral based on where they have clicked through from.
4. Add Image or Add Video
   1. Last but not least, you need to decide whether you are uploading an image or a video to this form.
   2. Personally, I would either go with a photo of yourself or an introductory video of yourself, to help with the personalisation.

Once you are happy with the content you have added, you can click on the green button labelled Save Custom Signup Link.
