The system will automatically detect a suitable color for your site but you can choose to change how you want your Hello Bar to look by checking the templates on the page. Click the Next button once you're done choosing your favorite color.

Save the GDPR Compliance Settings and Enable the Toggle

One more important thing here is that you may need to turn on the GDPR Compliance settings. To turn it on, you'd need to first go to your site settings and update your GDPR Compliance settings. Once you've saved it, you'll have to edit your site elements and turn on this toggle in order to have the GDPR consent form enabled on your site.
