You're welcome, I always make training of problems I face here, and I got this question twice today, so that's my call for action

Hi! I had "similar" problem about 2 months ago. I became a little frustrated about not being able to record the issue because there was no record of the domain being registered in my name.

If I was a little more rational in addressing the issue, I might have done what was shown here in a timely way. This training reminds me that there are "work arounds" that can be effective. Thanks
