In this quick tutorial, I walk you through how easy it is to change your theme in Wordpress.
One thing I forgot to mention in the tutorial is that you should ALWAYS back up your site before changing your theme or making any other alterations... Just in case ;-)

Looks nice and easy, I was wondering if I will need to change anything else if i chose a new theme?

Some themes act a bit differently and may interfere with your widgets etc.
That is why you should always back up your site just in case.
Also if you don't like the way your theme looks you can change it back or find another that you like.
