Add to the beginning of the code <center>
Add to the end of the code </center>
For awhile now, I have had a hard time figuring out how to center an image or text that was created using an html block in the Gutenberg editor in Wordpress. I wanted to be able to center it whether I was using one column or more!
Here's the simple answer! I hope this will save you some frustration and time. :)
How To Center Text in HTML:
1. Click on the html button so you can see the html code for the item you have put in.
2. Place your cursor at the very beginning of the code and add <center>
3. Place your cursor at the very end of the code and add </center>
4. Click Preview. You should now see the image or text you have placed in the box is centered!
