Now that your website or app has been added then you can scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to where you see Contact Us. Click it, choose your method of choice and inform them that you are an Amazon Associate who recently added their top level domain and/or app to their Site and App list under Amazon Associate Account Settings but you don't have access to their CPM Ads tab or program and that you you would like to integrate CPM Ads onto your site or App. That should be it.

Now that I have my CPM Tab my next step which I am going to document and create a training for as I go through the process will be adding ads via Amazon's CPM Ads tab to my Wordpress Site(s), Tumblr, and my Android Apps. My goal is to incorporate amazon's ecpm on the Amp or Accelerated Mobile Page version of my site while integrating AdSense into the non-mobile version of my site. I will wait a couple of days before doing this allowing those that take action on this training to get access to the CPM Ads tab in their account so that we can all be on the same page. In the meantime I am working on integrating some native shopping ads into my wordpress site, documenting that and creating a training for that as well.
