Reusing various content blocks like tables, buttons, author bios, styled lists, etc is a common practice ...
Which means repetitive tasks ... and it can be really time consuming ...
Yes of course, you could save all these specific content blocks or custom HTML & CSS segments in a regular text editor, but opening an external application and copy-pasting the required information will also take time ... And needless to say, will break your writing momentum ... Not to mention, that you won't be able to use your saved text "snippets" if you are using another computer or device.
Hence the question ... Wouldn’t it be nice if you could create your own custom content templates and reuse them directly in your Wordpress post and page editor?
Well, you can!
You can ...
- create as many custom content templates as you need
- manage all your content templates in the Wordpress admin area
- easily reuse them in any post or page without leaving the Wordpress editor
- share your templates with your collaborators, guest bloggers and other authors on your site to reuse in their articles
Sounds cool, right?
This is why I've decided to create this short tutorial where I will show you how easy is to create and (re)use your own custom content templates in the Wordpress post or page editor.
