Click on the Pretty Link tab to see the list of all of your affiliate links.
At the top of your list, you see 'Bulk actions.'
Beneath that, you will click the box next to 'settings'.
Anytime you check the box next to 'settings', this will select all affiliate links on this list.
If you have more than one page of affiliate links, you will need to bulk edit each page individually.
Ok, on to the next step!

Here is some information I found to answer this as simply as I can.
The rel=”sponsored” tag is a new link attribute to highlight sponsored and affiliate links.
The rel=”usg” is a new link attribute to highlight links in the user-generated content. I'm assuming this means internal links that relate to your own content in another article.
