So ...

Simply edit the post/page where you want to add the given image, click the "Add Media" button, and select the targeted image from your media library:

And that's it. Once you saved/published your post/page, you can visit your site to see this awesome plugin in action.

Here's the small "Play" icon on my image ...

... and if you click on it, Wordpress will start playing the attached audio file:
