This small handy plugin will allow you to easily customize the appearance of the age verification screen and even include your own message.

On the "Messaging" tab you can provide a title, a description, terms and conditions, privacy policies, button texts, validation messages aor ANY other content you want to display:

Next, you can use the "Appearance" tab to change the background image, the background color, foreground color, text color, and much more:

If you are having trouble with your age verification screen page,most likely there is a conflict caused by your caching plugin (or the caching enabled by your hosting service). In this case, you'll have to visit the "Advanced" tab to enable the Javascript version of the plugin.

Also, if you selected the "Varied Ages" or "Selected Content" options on the "Restriction settings" tab, you can enable age verification for individual posts or pages. Simply edit the post/page, and you'll notice a new age restriction option under the publish meta box:

More than that, if you are running an online store, you can use the above option to restrict the access to specific products.
