We are going to use a handy plugin called Responsive Mortage Calculator.

Here it is:

The calculator allows your website visitors to estimate their mortgage payments by entering:

• the total cost of the home
• a down payment amount
• an interest rate (fixed rate)
• the amortization period
• and they can select a payment period, either monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly

It's a very small plugin (53 KB), but let's see the usual speed tests ...
