I have started writing my post on msword before I publish. That way I don't forget to save my project and all gets posted at the same time. I know you can save draft but I sometimes forget and hit publish instead.

I made that mistake also, publishing before finishing:)
Be careful writing in word, they have their own code, and can give a conflict in your wordpress. To avoid any conflict you paste your text using the plain text button.
Better use notepad.

Awesome. How do you get the bullets to be a special character? Do I have to insert the specific code into the html somewhere?
Reply

Yes you insert the code into the text editor or you copy the symbol (image) and paste it into the visual editor, it works both ways

I see, so, you can't really change the what the bullets look like, you just insert the special character in place of where you want the bullet?
