Before you start adding people get your G+ organised trust me this will help loads for targeting specific groups and in the early stages your going to get most benefit from fellow WA family members!

Head over to your G+ account and log in -

You will then be greeted with this next screen

And at the very bottom you can create circle!

Call it what ever you want I just labelled my WA, This is where you want group all WA people you follow from your the previous link.

Next step creating your community for more exposure!
