You will want to pay attention to background and experience. What does their experience tell you about them? Do you have anything in common with him/her? Were you a client of that company? Did you visit that State/Country before? etc....

This is primarily useful if you are trying to recruit Affiliates on Wealthy Affiliate (saying affiliate way too many times...lol) You can also build rapport very quickly doing this as well for any other business ventures you wish to get involved in with this professional.
