3. Always have past editions available on your website

Your current and latest editions should be for your loyal subscribers. They should know they have priority for offers and deals and get the latest news first.

However always ensure that past editions from previous months and years are available on your site, archived or in specific page areas....

Why?

New Visitors to your site are able to read 1 or 2 copies of previous e-zines and determine if your content is what they are interested in. Obviously your content is brilliant so these past editions will show your authority in your niche and tempt newbies to sign up...this is going to dramatically enhance the growth of your subscriber list.

If your ezine articles are optimized they are going to, overtime, really pad out your site with valid and quality content in various formats and bring new traffic to your site via the search engines.

I thought about doing a newsletter last year. I did lots of research on it and found out it is not really worth the effort that it takes to stay on top of one.

I read where they are just not as popular as they once were. Unless this Ezine you speak of is not a newsletter?

I've had very little luck with promoting programs or WA through social networks using various posts and articles. Seems people are getting tired of reading. :)

Thanks for the tutorial.

Hi
Where did you get your research from? Newsletters and ezines are one of, and in some cases, the leading mechanism for getting prospects to convert to full subscribers...or any mechanism that gives quality free information in exchange for an email address.
Similarly social networks make up 70% of my total sales...social is the way most of my content is spread and shared and then links back to me.
Don't give upon the idea my friend..if people stop reading we are all out of business...cant watch videos all day...
lol
