Jumping right out is the red box under the "Direct" theme. This theme has Encrypted Code along with 4 static links detected in it. Clicking on "Details" will further reveal TAC's findings:

Above in red, you can see that the culprit is base64_decode found in the functions.php file. This is pretty much WordPress's version of malware. It uses hidden code to put tiny links, ads, and keywords at the bottom of your page in order to help the developer use your website to get traffic for themselves. In some cases, this would be considered harmless, but those links and ads can connect to less favorable destinations like adult and gambling sites. It's also seen as an attempt to hide. Thus, Google sees this and can immediately blacklist your page because of it.
