Domain Ownership Verification on Zoho Mail

Now, you’ll see an instruction to proceed to domain ownership verification. Click on the “Proceed to verify domain ownership” button and you’ll be redirected to the domain ownership verification page.

Currently, there are three different options to verify domain ownership which are: TXT, CNAME, & and HTML file upload.

The HTML approach, being the fastest, is the easiest and simplest way to verify domain ownership as you would simply have a file downloaded and uploaded to your root server.

You can also connect to your web server using the FileZilla tool on your laptop or desktop computer or alternatively use your cPanel FTP manager.

Upon successfully verifying domain ownership using any of the above mentioned approaches, you’ll receive a congratulatory message, and then you should proceed to setting up your domain specific or business email.

Thanks for getting back, FKelso! Much grateful! Since you cannot directly send out emails from Gmail using your domain specific email address & a free Google Apps account can no longer be used to send & receive emails via your customized email address, Zoho Mail will suffice your needs. Thanks for leaving a thought!

Would I be able to set up my business email with Zoho even if I have set it up with WA? or do I need to delete my email set up in WA before I move it to Zoho?

Thanks for your question, Vinsquest! You are much welcome. No, you won't be able to receive emails to your WA email anymore once you've configured email delivery at Zoho Mail. See the image below to hear directly from the WA Site Support.

Thanks for leaving a thought, Samuel! You're highly cherished. You'll be needing to set up a domain specific email in earnest because this will serve as a business email for your business blog and it will, of course, help you achieve more credibility before your audience.

As soon as you customize your website, you should follow the business email setup discussed here and get rolling with one of the best email hosting services out there. Thanks for visiting!
