Some years ago, Google applications used to be my options for setting up a domain specific email address. All of a sudden, recently, they stopped their free sign-up and now you have to pay for each client account on Google apps.

For website owners who have been on the lookout for free alternatives to set up domain specific email addresses, you have a couple of choices, for example, utilizing your Control Panel or using your domain registrar to set up free Email accounts or, perhaps, leverage Zoho Mail.

Some days ago, I found a free business email setup service offered by Zoho Mail, and it's for sure something that you will find indispensable. They likewise have a premium (Top notch) alternative (With extra features), however if all you require is only up to 10 clients, the free version will definitely suffice your requirements.

In this simple guide I will teach you how to set up your domain specific email address with Zoho Mail.

Thanks for getting back, FKelso! Much grateful! Since you cannot directly send out emails from Gmail using your domain specific email address & a free Google Apps account can no longer be used to send & receive emails via your customized email address, Zoho Mail will suffice your needs. Thanks for leaving a thought!

Thanks for your question, Vinsquest! You are much welcome. No, you won't be able to receive emails to your WA email anymore once you've configured email delivery at Zoho Mail. See the image below to hear directly from the WA Site Support.
