You are writing for two audiences. Your visitors are your most important audience. Catch them by creating a loop. Tell them what you are going to tell them. Then provide them well written, valuable and relevant information.
Use infographics, photos and video. The internet is a visual medium. Give your visitors plenty to look at. Tell a story. A story is far more effective than dull statistics.

Great training, I will be putting allot of this to use.
One thing I will say though, Jetpack is not reccomended by many here at WA for the reason that it is too many plugins in one and can cause serious problems.
As far as I understand Kyle has blocked the use of Jetpack from WA users, in the motive of helping people to not run into these issues.

You are correct. Jetpack is specifically designed for self-hosted sites. WA is a multi-user site and Jetpack may be blocked. It is not recommended to be used with WA or other multi-user sites.
