Find keywords that are competitive, relevant and get a reasonable number of monthly searches. Work your best keyword into your title and into the first 160 words of your article. Work a keyword into your last paragraph. These are the parts of your article that the search engine spiders emphasize. Use headers to break up your article and to emphasize specific parts of it. Incorporate keywords into your headers because search engines look for headers that tell them what your article is about. Do not stuff your article with keywords. Keywords should be grammatically correct and flow smoothly into your text.

I use Jaxxy to search for keywords. Jaxxy is fast and accurate and saves me loads of time.

Great training, I will be putting allot of this to use.

One thing I will say though, Jetpack is not reccomended by many here at WA for the reason that it is too many plugins in one and can cause serious problems.

As far as I understand Kyle has blocked the use of Jetpack from WA users, in the motive of helping people to not run into these issues.

All the best
Jason

You are correct. Jetpack is specifically designed for self-hosted sites. WA is a multi-user site and Jetpack may be blocked. It is not recommended to be used with WA or other multi-user sites.
