Lumen5 grabs the content from your blog post and suggests a storyboard for you. Depending on how many headings and images you used in your blog post, will depend on what content is suggests in the storyboard.
See below. The blog content is on the left hand side and the storyboard for the video is on the right hand side.
Hover over any text on the left hand side and Lumen5 will highlight sections which you can click to include in your video storyboardL
As you can see from the screenshot above, Lumen5 will automatically suggest a layout and an image to go with the text.
