Now that you have all the little pieces of information, we are going to add it all together to create your banner code. HTML code acts like glue and keeps it all in a nice little package:
Lets take a look at a WA 460x68 specific banner to keep things simple.
It is teeny-tiny, but, the highlighted parts are what we are going to use as glue to put your url link and your url for your graphic together for an awesome banner.
Write the html code for the first line. Do this perfectly or it will not makes sense later on in transition. I have had to take out a colon or slashes, a misplaced period or an extra comma, before my banner would show up correctly, so, remember, not one thing can be out of place.
The sky won't fall and the banner won't crash anything if it isn't working properly, just have fun and work on it until it appears, if, at first, you do not succeed.
Let's go into a word document to do this:
Line 1: Type the highlighted code and add your affiliate link between the quotation marks.
Line 2: Type the highlighted code and add your banner url between the quotation marks.
Again, we use the WA banner html code as the example , simply replacing the specified links : [See review on last page for more examples]
