On the left sidebar, click on Design. For the Smartbar, you have 2 template options – default and small. I will choose small.

Bar mode is the type of bar you want. You can do subscribe (email collect), call to action, twitter follow or Facebook like. Since I have the scroll box for subscriptions, I’m going to choose Facebook like.

The text can be whatever you like. In this example I have used: Like us on FB for an entry into our monthly drawing.

Change the font style and color and background to your liking. You will see the change immediately on the right. Click the green save button in the top right corner.
