11. Finally, click "Set Featured Image."

But a general solution is achieved using Paint. If you want the image to be shifted to the left, add space to the right side of the image. And vice-versa.

With Elementor's Featured Image widget you can move the location of your featured image.
There are also free WordPress plugins that allow you to customize your Featured Image. One of the most popular is Dynamic Featured Image. It allows you to add several Featured Images to the same post, among other features. But I am not sure if it allows you to move its location as Elementor does.
