6. A new window will open. Your theme might have some preloaded images, and they will show in this window.
7. To upload new pictures, you click on the top left "Upload files."
8. Then click "Select files," and you search them in your computer's hard drive. You can also drag and drop your files into this window.
9. The image will be added to your Media Library.
10. Please add a title and Alt text that describes the image. In the case of this example, you could add "hiking shoe" in both fields.

With Elementor's Featured Image widget you can move the location of your featured image.
There are also free WordPress plugins that allow you to customize your Featured Image. One of the most popular is Dynamic Featured Image. It allows you to add several Featured Images to the same post, among other features. But I am not sure if it allows you to move its location as Elementor does.
