When you know what your customer wants then you know how to guide him to it. Build your call to action around that. Make it easy to find, simple to use and about your customers needs.
After assessing your website and editing what needs to be edited you should start seeing more sales. You are obviously a writing captivating material if you have a high visitor rate and a low bounce rate so checking for what your visitor actually sees when they get to your site should set you in the right direction to making sales.
