So Exactly Where Do We Place The Link:
This is a real bone of contention. I have read a number of different articles both here and on Google.
Everyone seems to have a different opinion:
This is Mine.
Believe me, if you do it this way you can't go wrong.
Place the statement on every post or page on your website that has affiliate links or Advertising link you earn money from.
Simple isn't it.
You do not need to place it on any post or page that is informative or doesn't have these links.
How Do You Do This?
There are sveral ways. That's right, one way is never good enough.
1). Copy and post the statement (which I will give to you shortly), onto each blog or post as required.
This is a difficult way to go about it, and could take forever if you have more then 50 review blogs.
2). This is the simple way. Get a plugin to do the job. Yes, you heard me, there's even a plugin for this.
There are a number of plugins available that can do the job. But, as usual , some are more difficult then others, and some will need an upgrade to be efficient.
BUT:
I used a simple free plugin that does the job easily. it's called
WP Affiliate Disclosure
Place this name into the search bar of your 'new plugins' tab on WordPress, and Hey Presto!! It will pop up in front of your eyes.
Then click Activate.
Check that it has loaded on your left side bar.
Click on it and follow the instructions.
If you have any issues then please PM me and I'll see if I can help.
This is a relatively new plugin and it comes up "Untested with your version of Wordpress".
It also has zero stars at this moment, but thats because no one has reviewed it yet.
Now I know what you're thinking. You're to scared. That's fine, you may find one that is compatible. In the meantime I'm quite willing to be the test dummy.
I have activated mine, added the disclosure statement, let the plugin know exactly where I wanted it placed and..
So Far, fingers crossed, it is working fine.
