If you're going to provide your e-mail anywhere, to visitors, some affiliate programs, etc. it's a more professional look to come from your site domain. It's not a requirement except some programs expect to send you a verification e-mail to prove you're associated with your domain so, in those cases, you'd need to have an e-mail at that domain.

I've just tested the email from one of my domains sending a msg to my gmail. It went straight to the spam folder.
Is this normal? I guess google flags the mail server. Or is it my domain (info@justdoit.tv)

Forwarding from another domain didn't work either.
Resending directly to Gmail worked, but once again straight to spam folder.
Any suggestion?

I'm not sure why it was flagged as spam...it might be WA's servers having a poor rating since they host so many sites but that's just a guess. It might also be that your message content was just a bunch of aaa's...there are many match rules so it's hard to say.
