1. Who is My Ideal Audience Today?

Prior to finding your specific audience, you must start first by pointing out your existing client base. What age classifications do you try reaching? Are your clients male or female? What’s the scale level of their business? Are they clients home or abroad?

Let’s get a number of ways to obtain this information:

Audience intuition – Examine the analytics for all of your active social media profiles. For example, Facebook Audience Intuition will enable you to find out about the buying character and demographics of the overall Facebook user base – the people who happen to be your custom audiences or those who are following your Facebook pages. A vital piece of information can, of course, be obtained with Twitter Audience Intuition, Pinterest Audience Analytics, and others.

Analytics – Important tools such as Google Analytics can be leveraged to view information and demographics about your real-time website traffic.

Observation Intuition – You do not have to depend exclusively on backend analytics. But rather forward a straightforward survey to your clients to get undeviating information. You can request biodata details (Age, location, gender, email, and so on) as well as other details such as:

  • Where do they like to hang out?
  • What activities do they engage in on weekends?
  • What is their most-liked social media platform?
  • Why do they have an interest in your business?
  • Why do they like buying products from your store?

Once you’ve established some circumstantial purchaser personas for your existing customer base, we can, of course, move to the next step.

When doing some research this week I also realized that delivery is also important. I was reviewing products on Click bank and found an amazing program that allows you to go from a beginner in strength training to performing a pull up. As a gym goer myself I was very excited but quickly lost that excitement when the product was a 200 page PDF download. I can't market this product! As I am the avatar in this situation I can say that I would not enjoy a 200 page book with very detailed explanations in exercises that would mostly benefit a personal trainer.
