5) Balance Up between Sitting and Standing
This seems to be the easiest thing to do generally, though most people don’t see standing up as something they must always do after sitting for some hours. It’s important to balance up between sitting and standing during the course of blogging. When you sit too long without standing up at the right time, you’ll likely develop some health issues in the future.
What are the benefits to derive from standing up while blogging?
- You get the time to freshen up which helps to prevent distracting soreness
- You do away with unpleasant health issues like chronic back pain and others
Make things happen by doing the following:
- Stand up once in a moment and stretch yourself while you’re standing on your feet
- Leverage a standing desk like "Varidesk"
- Leverage an alarm app like "Pomodoro Technique" on your mobile device or personal computer to balance up between standing and sitting.
