3 - Project Your Brand Well

The same way you would not send a plumber to do the job of a mechanic, you wouldn't ask someone unskilled in copywriting to write your website's content, not even yourself.

When you do that, there is a tendency that your brand will be projected in a bad light.

For instance, a copy ridden with grammatical errors and typos will show the world how unprofessional your brand is. And when these sorts of things happen, how do you convince them to do business with you?

A copywriter will be able to take your message, organize, and communicate it in your brand's tone and voice.

You don't have to worry about saying the right things, or the way you say it because you have the right professionals helping to project your brand the right way.

4 - Get More Value

If you decide to hire someone to do your writing, there are options available to you.

The first is to approach an agency to handle all digital or content marketing for you, granting them the right to create all your marketing copy, including designs.

While this may be a great option, your focus should be on marketing your brand. But if you seek only writing services, you may not get the deserved attention. And that's because agencies manage jobs for different clients, and may not give your writing the personal touch.

While the second option is engaging a freelance writer to do your writing jobs for you, this option is the best if your brand requires a writer that can give it the needed attention – both personal and professional.

Agencies act like middlemen who will get jobs from clients and then contract out to writers. However, having your own writer is a much cheaper option to take, plus you have someone who can relate directly with your brand.

You will be able to share your thoughts, ideas, and expectations with the professional writer that you engage in. That way, you will be able to get more value for every dollar you spend on writing.

I know I have considered getting a professional in to write but as I have already been ranked on the first page and have been making sales I have decided to continue learning the craft.
I can certainly see how it could speed up the process. It depends what your goals are.

Great advice as always Israel.

Hiring a writer is something I have thought many times I know the best copywriter I think in the world. It is Spanish-speaking. I am learning a lot from you and from him.
But you know one thing I like to do everything my way. The day that my time is not enough I can delegate writing to another.
Thanks Israel !!

I agree with you totally, Israel. I haven't tried it before, but the problem would be how to find a real professional, and what is the cost.

Thanks for your comment, Saruth! Of course, there are a couple of trustworthy writers out there and the best way to recognize them is via their writing stuff. When you see that a writer is consistent at writing great content, know that you've found one already. Thanks again!
