From beauty to keyboard!
Hi everyone!
Just wanted to write a quick post on how I feel my success on here is going so far.
After joining Wealthy Affiliate 2 months ago I have been cramming in the lessons and really getting to grips with writing content - I have never been very tech savvy but am thoroughly enjoying learning everything in small portions and writing content everyday. Writing was not something I did a lot of before either, but it seems to be getting easier with practice.
I have found it so helpful how quickly questions get answered on here by the community and I do enjoy engaging with others and seeing their successes too.
I was a beauty therapist for over 20 years and did extremely well making money there. I invested well, worked hard and saw opportunities when I needed to.
I retired very early, age 35.
Recently and for over the last 18 months I have been travelling the world with my husband and our small dog . The one thing I have noticed is that so many fellow travellers we meet are making their income online. A very large percentage seem to live freely this way, realising their dreams and having the freedom to do so.
I guess that is what attracted me to this whole new universe of internet marketing, blogging, online business and I presume all the other realms I still have to discover.
My ultimate goal at the moment is to be able to keep on travelling and helping others by telling my stories, sharing my experiences and of course being successful in business again (even if online is a whole new universe to me!) I love selling, I am getting better at writing and each day on here is presenting me with a new and interesting challenge.
