Done with Level 3!
Saturday is one of my really good times to get things done. Most of the time even if I have a show or event it's not until later so here's most of a day I can spend working on my business and also on the other projects in my life.
Today I started off by finishing level 3 of the lessons here. Adding adsense and analytics to my site felt awesome (I've been wondering for a while how to take a look at the traffic I'm getting so was glad to see this come up!) As I get more of a handle on how all of this works I'm also starting to see some ways to tie WA and some of my other lines of work together. What I'm learning here will definitely help me with building great sites for when my show is finished and I'm launching it, for when I fully come out as a composer-for-hire, for the music groups I'm in and promoting, and beyond.
I think before I dive into level 4 I need to take a step back though and get engaged here more with the site comments and feedback. I'm a little scared of doing this but at the same time I've learned the things you fear are usually the important things, so once I do some cooking for tonight's event it'll be time to dive in!
