Hello.
Have you submitted your sitemaps to google search console? If not you can do so like this: Sitemap: Submit to Google Search Console You can also submit your URLs to google sitemaps to request indexing like this: How and Why to Switch from “Fetch as Google” to the new URL Inspection Tool I hope this helps you get your posts indexed! Also, another thing I noticed is that Google search console tells me that my content is indexed but it takes site content a little longer to clue in. Sometimes my content was indexed in search console for days before it registered in site content.

Unless you change it drastically it shouldn't affect your SEO in my experience. It can take a while for Google to crawl your site and update SERP information

What Melissa said. Google doesn't give high priority to new sites but it should index your content within few days if you request and index and submit an updated sitemap in Google Search Console
