Hey guys just wanted to put this out there, and get some feedback. I purchased my domain name today but it is long and has hyphens. I was wondering when i create my site, sinc

hey Tommy should i try to go back and see if i can get a different Domain Name without Hyphens. I am wondering if i am going to have to spend another $10. I know that's not a lot, but i am on a limited budget right now.

You might want to consider getting one without hyphens. Tommy is right about that, it will make getting rankings a lot harder so a new domain would likely be a worthy investment in the long run.

Just a little info here you should never buy a domain with hyphens it is bad for ranking sorry. To answer your question your website name will automatically come from your domain name

It will by default initially, but he will most likely have the option to edit it under customization options. (Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Title & Tagline)

Your website name (what gets placed at the top of each page, and what you might turn into a logo at some point) can be anything you like! So yes, taking out the hyphens won't be an issue for that purpose.
